Foot soaks are wonderfully relaxing and using the healing powers of water, soaking your feet can help draw toxins out of the body through its sweat glands. I love adding my Meraki products to my weekly foot soaks for soothing organic and vegan friendly home spa feel.
You will need:
Foot basin or large bucket
Handful of Epom salts
Lavender Essential Oil
I usually fill a bucket 2/3 of the way with warm water and add in the Epsom salts alternate between adding Salt scrub or Lavender Essential Oil. The Silky Mist Salt Scrub contains essential oils so the added oil isn’t required. I then sit on the sofa surrounded by cushions, add my feet into the bucket and relax for 20 – 30 minutes while the stresses of walking and standing during the week are released.
When my time, I take my feet out, pat dry with the towel and massage in my favourite item from Meraki – Pure Oil – to keep them soft and hydrated.
