POSTAGE AND PACKAGING COSTS
Postage and Packaging charges are as follows:
Collect From Store: Free from 451 Roman Road, E3 5LX
Orders required before Christmas should be placed no later than 1pm on Wednesday 20th December for free delivery. Order placed after this time and up until 1pm on the 22nd can still arrive in time for Christmas but Next Day delivery option at £8 will need to be selected. Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched when we re-open on the 6th January 2018.
You can also click and collect orders from our E3 store until 2pm on the 23rd December
UK Standard Delivery - £4. Delivered within 3 – 5 working days. Free standard delivery with orders over £50 for a limited time.
UK Next Working Day - £8.00. Orders must be placed before 3pm Wednesday - Friday for delivery on the next day. Orders placed for next day delivery after 3pm on Friday will NOT be dispatched until the store re-opens on Tuesday.
London Same Day - £15.00 - Available within Greater London only for a limited time via Shutl. We will contact you once your order has been confirmed with a delivery time slot.
EU (including Ireland) - £10. Delivered within 5 – 10 working days.
WORLDWIDE - £20. Delivered within 7 – 14 working days.
Delivery times are as stated unless otherwise communicated.
Delivery times will vary for BARÜCH Bespoke and Pre-Order items and will be agreed at time of purchase. We cannot accept any liability for loss or damage arising from non-delivery.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return. Items MUST be returned in an unworn, unused sellable condition WITH original delivery note as proof of purchase within 7 days from the date of contact for a refund or an exchange.
Returns will not be accepted except by prior arrangement agreed with us.
Any additional charges that are incurred by us for returns sent from outside the EU are not our responsibility and the cost of any additional charges for such returns are to be covered in full by the customer returning the goods.

'BARÜCH Bespoke' orders require a deposit payment prior to construction commencing on the order. 'BARÜCH Bespoke' orders are non refundable or exchangeable as the garment will be made to your specification.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. In addition, perishable items including plants and confectionery cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Postage and Packaging costs will not be refunded on any returned goods.
EAST LONDON BOUTIQUE STORE
We offer a 14 day EXCHANGE ONLY policy where purchases are returned within 14 days in perfect condition together with a valid till receipt.
From time to time, we may run promotions in conjunction with the brands we have in store which involve free items of GWP.
To particpate in the promotions, you MUST:
1) Reach the minimum spend level as set out by the promotion
2) Subscribe to our mailing list
3) Limited to 1 per customer, 1 transaction.
If you decide to return part of your purchase which entitled you to the GWP and your new order total is lower than the minimum spend level criteria required for the GWP, the GWP will need to be returned UNUSED for the return to take place otherwise the GWP will then be charged to you / reduce your return amount.
